Returns & Exchange Policy

Whether you have changed your mind or wish to initiate a return for a faulty item, simply follow our returns process. Please contact us at support@baby-central.com.sg to initiate a return.


Change of Mind Returns (You cover the return shipping cost):

You can return an item within 14 days (unless otherwise specified on the product page) if you:

  • Changed your mind
  • Ordered the wrong item
  • Provided incorrect information when ordering

All return claims for the reasons listed above must be made within 14 days of receiving your product. If you contact us after this period, our customer service team will review your claim on a case by case basis. 


Items must be returned in perfect, saleable condition with all tags, labels and packaging intact. 

Used, personalised or damaged items cannot be returned. 

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Please ensure that you use registered mail to avoid any possibility of an item being lost or the item can also be dropped off at our office. Please include your order number for our reference. We are located at:

Returns are generally processed between 7-10 business days from receipt, and you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. You will receive your refund to your original payment method.

Please note that if we receive an item that is not in perfect resale condition, the item will be returned to you.

Returns at our Expense:

We will replace, refund or credit any item at our expense under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged or faulty. 
  • We sent the wrong item.
  • The item was different from what was advertised. 

The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be packed in the original packaging. 

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any amendments after your order is placed. If you would like to make any amendments, please cancel your order and submit a new order. We may allow for certain amendments at our discretion. Such amendments may include: 

  • Change of delivery address
  • Changes to colours and sizes (depending on availability)
  • Applying discounts

Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.

Warranty claims:

For any warranty claims, please provide the following information:

  • Proof of purchase (BabyCentral order number or receipt)
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
Please note that any warranty claims is only valid for products purchased from BabyCentral. The warranty is non transferrable and applies only to the original purchaser.
